Sunday May 31.

After breakfast at a local cowboy place "Ketlle", we left towards New Mexico today. Great ride with nice fields, mountains and "no" traffic all morning. The afternoon was a little different, a lot of trucks on the road probably leaving to their first destination for Monday morning. About one hour before getting to our campground for the night, we came to a full stop on the Highway ! Collision with two trucks, I was told by a trucker that had it from his radio. No problem, we took a bucket, shampoo, a brush and cleaned the front and windshield of the RV !

Ended in Albuquerque tonight after a 473 miles trip. Good enough for the day !

Saturday May 30.

Today all day Texas ! Lot's of fun today driving thru Dallas, having lunch at Truck Stop, Pizza for dinner and shopping at WalMart next to the campground. Take a look at the pictures, they are nothing but fun ! Especially for Nancy and Sandra.......a new picture from Dad in his "Caro" broek ! lol.

Only 380 miles today......8 1/2 hour drive.

Saturday May 30th.

Ready to hit the road to Texas. 8.00 am.

Friday May 29th.

Great day today, blue skies and no rain ! Started in Alabama today and ended in Louisiana (lots of water,wow). Near the same mileage today as yesterday : 492 miles in about 9 hours. Lunch or Dinner, you have a casino in or next to every restaurant on the road......played some Poker with Charlie and lost all our $$. (Don't worry we played only on the 5 Cent machines !) Tomorrow we will be heading to Texas, driving to Dallas and Fort Worth.

Thursday May 28th.

Today is the big day !

We started our trip today and the only reason for that is that An packed the RV for us all day yesterday ! Thank you An !

We left Orlando this morning at 10.00 am and ended in Mobile, Alabama at 7.00 pm. (We got 1 hour back in Alabama and so we have 7 hours difference with Belgium). We drove 9 hours , did 506 miles and ended up on a nice campground in Mobile, where we had dinner in a local restaurant 2000 feet walk away from the camper. Great day and ride today, looking forward to tomorrow.

Friday May 22, Visit to Universal.

Today Nick , Charlie and myself visited Island of Adventure and Universal Studios. Nick was appointed as the photographer/cameraman for Hunters Creek Middle school on their end of year field trip.

Just to give you a taste.

Whether you come to ski or snowboard "The Greatest Snow on Earth," to mountain bike Slickrock in Moab, to take a summer whitewater rafting splash down Cataract Canyon, or to visit the Old West with a tour of outlaw hideouts and stickups. Utah has so many unbelievable views.
